American High School students visiting Priboj (Serbia)

63 students (and their teachers) from Snohomish (Seattle, WA) visited Priboj on 26.06.2010. as one of destinations on their Euro tour. During the couple hours in Priboj they visited Monastery of St. Nicolas (Manastir Sv. Nikole), Priboj spa (hot water spring), Mosque in old part of town, took a walk down the streets of Priboj, watched basketball tournament for very short time, and had dishes from traditional Serbian cuisine for dinner (restaurant "Prica"- The Story). Leader of this group was Dan Parker (History teacher at GPHS) with his family and colegues. Boban Markovic was host of this event and group. Deputy mayor of municipality of Priboj Miroslav Bukvic greeted visitors and wished them warm welcome. (Video taken from "TV Priboj", all rights reserved)
