I received two pieces of mail...one for a former resident and one for the former resident "or current resident". I sent both back with writing on it saying "Return to sender. Recipient no longer at address" and "Refused. Return to sender", respectively. I received both pieces of mail back...TWICE. I circled what I wrote and sent both back. It's been more than a week and I haven't seen the pieces again...yet.

Can we insist to the post office that if my name or no name is included on the parcel to not deliver? Most junk mail simply says "resident" or something to that effect. Many others have no address at all. For the mail that has no address the post office should acquiesce our request to not send them. I consider that vandalism and littering.
Would you approve of some random person tossing their random papers without any reference to you into your house 5 times a week. This is the same.
