How to build a "can" suppressor. This design is baffleless. Simple, lightweight and easy to make. You can find an aerosol can for just about any size for your project. Styles are limitless. This is made for ported barrels. However, with modifications, you can design it to extend past the end of the barrel for traditional suppression. (manauverability will be sacrificed with length). You can also add baffles set with JB weld if you desire to increase dampening effect.

punch and hammer. It's like a chisel tip in the shape of a circle, 1" in diameter. Back it up with a piece of wood inside so you don't cave the whole front face of the can in. Tap and punch ... you're done!

buttgrab, I suggest you use common sense. Empty the can before you do any cutting. Empty the contents as much as possible. Then use a nail and punch a hole in the top. I prefer to use a nail after I have made the score.

I forgot to mention how you get the hole on the end of the suppressor where the paint will come out.

1. Get a Hammer, 1" dia. sheet metal punch and a block of wood. 2. Insert wood into suppressor for resistance, and hammer the sheet metal punch to tap out a hole in the center of the suppressor. File down sharp edges. Do not use a drill or sheet metal cutter; tear it to shreds.
