Apps and Tweaks Used as follows.

Infinidock (Scrolling Dock)
Infinifolders (More than 12 apps per folder)
Barrel 2 (Icon Transitions between Pages)
Graviboard (Shake to activate gravity for app icons)
Sleep FX (Effects when you hit the sleep button)
iHrt (Apple Heartbeat on the lockscreen)
Deep End (Gives the 3d effect of apps over the wallpaper, iPhone 4 and above only))
Gridlock (place the icons wherever you want to)
Font is called Sonysketch EF
Theme used is called aUINique which is a full theme which changes all your icons, dialer, calculator, speech bubbles, my favourite theme right now...
