  • @Armouraleg When we have time this summer to make knifes we can try to make another video for ya so you can see the whole process

  • @xxkittenkiller thanks for the suggestion we are deff going to get back into knife making this summer and we will try wood charcoal instead of regualr charcoal would it be ok to buy some from the store? Or how would you make it?

  • @Tylerastarzan we used about 8 cinder blocks.

  • @bigboy45454545 If running down girls is the only thing you do for fun, you must not be very good at it as it takes to much of your time. I prefer a more balanced approach to life. One in which each conquest only takes a night or two and during the day I do other things. On the other hand, each of us must have their own way. Good luck to you.

  • @Armouraleg Fun for a 24 year old should be running girls down with a buddy. :-) Surely making a knife isn't fun and I'm sorry for calling you Shirley.

  • The video is great. Wish you had done the whole thing during the day so we could see the whole technique and not just a glowing piece of metal. Also, your forge would be a lot more efficient if you shrank it by using red fire bricks and making a smaller coal pit. Mine uses maybe 10 fire bricks and an old hair dryer for the air intake. It saves a fortune in coal.

  • @bigboy45454545 It's not about needing a knife. It's about the fun you have making your own stuff. Besides, you can use all of the equipment you bought to continue forging everything from knives to jewelry. It's an artform not just a means to an end.

  • ha i love this song...switchfoot rocks my socks

  • @bigboy45454545 I agree with you 100%,but i build a forge and anvil for less than $25. Not to brag ,but my forge is not of a long lasting setup.

  • Hundreds spent in supplies to make a shitty knife, not to mention the time. 50 bucks buys something really good and hard and corrosion resistant too. It's called technology, but it's great to know you make a knife like this if you have to.
