@shoutacre I realize it's not a perfect translation but no English translation was up and I wanted other English-speakers to be able to enjoy the meaning of the song instead of just the tune. Should I preserve the Chinese-English language barrier just because my Chinese isn't perfect? If your translation's better, post it.

Also, I know that I didn't translate some synonymous meanings of the Chinese because they would've ruined the meter of the song in English, which I wanted to preserve

@bradgenetta actually, your translation is completely inaccurate. to begin with, 還有多少里 means "how much longer is there to walk (how many miles are left). and 人也多 etc. actually means "so many people with so many opinions, i cannot distinguish who's right." and 怎樣 here means "however." 一邊。。。一邊 means to do something simultaneously, so it should be "chanting while one walks along." all of the above is very _basic_. so maybe work on your reading skills before claiming to post translations?
