  • YUMMY looks very good, hard to beat pork with bacon and apple inside! The voice over was a nice change, but did miss Liz's comments. One thing to remember Dave your little lady has some pretty good knife skills there, to much harassment on her camera work and who knows what might happen. lol lol lol. 8-)

  • I just wanted to stop by and leave you a comment on this video tonight... I watched this video a while back and thought it looked like a good idea... I gave it a try tonight and also added a healthy splash of Maker's Mark whiskey while I was sauteeing the onions and apples... it was delicious! I left out the bacon though... Fantastic results :)

  • I like this recipe and I will certainly try it soon, perhaps next sunday.

    Blue cheese, made with cow's milk, or sheep's or goat's milk ?

    The choice is large in France, I think I will try with Roquefort cheese, sheep's milk.
