  • If you choose to become a short heavy muscular guy like AC BARCH did at 210 pounds(He has 50 inch vertical and 55 inch running), that is perfectly fine. The strength ratio would actually outweigh the weight you gain and it's all muscle. What I mean by this is even if you're so gay you don't wanna gain muscle, Let's talk about muscle. Strength out weights muscle gain. I mean either if you're against weight and/or muscle you'll still win.

  • Vertical leap is easy to train when you're short and starting power lifting 120. That is accurate measurement of force! Guys I knew didn't reach 200 pounds of body weight and achieve twice bw squat at 160 like Frank yang. Easier to squat in body weight relativity. Squatting twice your own body weight is about equal to 40 inches vertical force. I'm pretty sure he dunks and windmill like this. I'm 6'3"!
