I feel sorry for all those people wasting their precious lives and screwing up their children.

Spirituality should be a path to happiness, not power, control and abuse. Churches like this seek to infantalize, make powerless and psychologically break down the people decieved and sucked in. It's a dark vortex. You can forget what sunlight looks like.

Haha I used to be in the RCI was born in it and ran away when I was 19. It nearly destroyed me but not any more! It's been six hard years but it is possible to live an almost normal life now. All the RCI assemblies are like this. So glad I got ex-commed! I thank God every day they told me to leave.

Being on that show is being disobedient to the Pastor, Noel Hollins. If you don't obey them that have the rule over you, you will be put out of fellowship. The Scriptures make that crystal clear. If we, in life outside the church, break society's laws then we will be punished. This is no different except that it is inside the church and not outside. Perhaps you could look at it this way: They were using their God-given and practised talent to "feed the World". This World is wicked. Thank you.

A career in music and a belief in God can go hand in hand. You need not chose one or the other. Music can be a great testimony. I thought the Hendersons were Christians when I saw them on Australia's got talent.

this religion sadly makes true religion look bad no wonder god will be getting rid of false religion as they misrepresent god in everyway which therefore also makes it harder to show people about true religion as their faith has been damaged. please dont let this religions example stop you from searching for the truth through other organisations as god is nothing like this. the truth about who and what god is sits right once you hear it .....

Noel Hollins sounds pretty much frozen in time here. He's got a very narrow attitude which, along with the Geelong Revival Centre environment itself, would resemble a sugar-coated cross between the old Jim Jones "People's Temple" brainwashing mindset of the 1960's to 1970s and a real-life portrayal of George Orwell's "Nineteen Eighty-Four" (with Noel Hollins as "Big Brother").
