This is wrong, Cmaj7 moving to Bbmaj7 is NOT in the key of C Ionian. It's in C Mixolydian in the key of F. And the Bbmaj7 chord sounds better when you play it as a Bbmaj6/9 chord. You also should have used voice leading instead of using parallel motion. I would harmonize much smoother. Thanks, ok bye
