PXSM - Robota

My friend Marie wrote this song about a year ago, inspired by a dream she had had. (We finally just made a video of it in March.)

In this, there was a female Robot who worked in a factory day in and day out, tarnished by the effects of routine.

One day, her cold eyes fell upon the factory owner's son, and her days of routine quickly ended.

She became aware of her indentured state, and inspired by love, her metal body and state of mind began to change.

What once had been electrical circuitry transformed into blood filled veins, pumping a strange warmth throughout her.

Her thoughts became more fluid, and thus she rebelled against the ignorance in which she once existed.

In the end, the owner's son notices this change, and he too falls in love with 'Robota.' He realizes his father's corruption, and they escape together in search of freedom.
