I, too, have read The Joe Dial, and gained some interesting insights....things I perhaps didn't want to see, but Joe holds up that mirror, and you can't help but take a good long look. His ideas in this video are something to think about, especially with the election of a new president this year.

I have actually read the Joe Dial, and enjoyed it very much. I always liked to think of myself as a giver, but learnt that everyone should take a little bit back too. The Joe Dial has really helped me find balance in my life. Some of Joes sayings in the book really make me crack up, like "dont pick pepper out of fly poop". I never heard that one before, and not only is it good advice, you get a little chuckle out of it when you first read it :) haha. Great video Joe!
