Communicating with the Universe (Accepting Her Messages)

One of the most rewarding practices of my career has started a few years ago when I first discovered how to empower myself by assuming/accepting all responsibilities for my shortcomings (ie. failures and mistakes or even death of a beloved), as opposed to blaming others for those shortcomings.

YOU ARE ONLY AS POWERFUL AS YOUR LEVEL OF ACCOUNTABILITY.

When you blame others you are simply ignoring the Universe's communication attempts with you. Accepting those responsibilities, as opposed to blaming others opens yourself to all the good she can deliver you.

The same concept applies in any given organizations/systems/company. The more responsibilities (bigger the role) one is willing to accept/assume, the more voting power one will receive toward one's promotion.

Note:

As a result of assuming/accepting all the responsibilities that the UNIVERSE has thrown at me, my communication and understanding, as well as my ability to inspire others have expanded.

This really helped me Jxon! My sister suddenly passed of a heart attack last month and now I'm raising her three children and I have fully accepted and assumed the responsibility as their guardian and so many wonderful things have been made available to us -- even in the midst of a bad situation. Although I don't call it the "Universe" -- but the Almighty God... the principle and concept is still the same. "To whom much is given, much is required. (Luke 12:48). Thank you again, Jxon!
