http://MyTitleGuy.Com Title Company Marketing has shifted. Some title companies are relying on short sale processing, short sale negotiation (outsourced of course) and REO to survive the housing storm. What will your title company's VALUE be when the housing market returns to normal? How will you help real estate agents build their business then?

  • Hot-Lanta? I used to live there [Virginia Highlands]. Moved there after college, I lasted 6 months. Way to humid. "Sweet Tea anybody?" LOL. I originally thought your comment was spam, not enough info on your channel - may want to fill that in, contact info, value proposition, website, etc.

  • Dude your videos rock. Keep posting...we need this.

  • @KayePrepPlus Thank you, trying to change the marketing title companies do one blog post and video at a time. Not easy, but I think it is catching on. I see you do title processing, is that data entry? Are you mainland or offshore?

  • I think you're doing very well. Realty professionals of today must do a better job of marketing or go out of business. I seen many good title companies that just couldn't hang on...

We're a mainland company located in good ole Atlanta, Georgia.
