@LifterC3 well the Daleks were always being who wanted to kill everthing non Dalek. I agree they need a re-design but i suspect the Moff won't do another 1. hes reseted them up and i agree with that. i do not subscribe at all that they were overused before but equally having them not be the focus for a while is nice, altho i do think they should appear somehow every year,hence i appreciated thier cameo in S06e13. he spent good money on the redesign so hes not redsign em again

@227060 yeah Journeys End, i was just about the mention that one,but we already had a story like you said. With the emperor as their 'god'. I think it worked out well, but they should not repeat it, to be honest i think they should leave the Daleks as they are now, beings that want to kill every other lifeform in the galaxy, the only thing they should do is make the Daleks more menacing. I simply dont take them sirously anymore as the biggest threat in the galaxy, let them destory another planet

@LifterC3 oh and In journey's end when they test the reality bomb and march the test subjects in its sorta like a gas chamber. yeah i read a good review where they said modern daleks, particularly in series 1 were actually allegfories for religious extremists. i think i like that interpretation but i also like the Nazis one too. maybe theres a way to balance it out. ike they are Nazis, motivated by this weird alek religion wherein they worship the emperor/supreme as a god

@227060 For some reason, i dont think we will ever get such a story. The daleks havent been like nazis since the 80s... but you can say that they used the pigs in Manhattan' as slaves in there "camps"

@44GamerNerd55 well....you could argue they love to kill. i read a great dalek story wherein you learn that Daleks can actually disintegrate humans completly if they want to but choose not to to conserve power. but more than this they actually set their weapons at a lower setting so death isn't instant, but so that it is quick BUT you feel the maximum amount of pain before you die, you die in utter agony. to do that...you gotta love you r job a little bit
