Can the rockers on the Carling switches be swapped out. Not the entire body, just the rocker/ faceplate? You guys use switches that just have the red squares, I would like to use the rockers that have logos like an image of a fan, rear locker, compressor, etc

Yes, you are absolutely correct, the actuators are completely interchangeable on the switch bodies! They snap right off and snap right back on. We also carry a sheet of legends that have 42 various sayings to describe the switches functions.
