Nick Jonas is the new National Chairman of JDRF's Walk to Cure Diabetes: http://walk.jdrf.org.

Since the founding of JDRF in 1970, the organization's largest and most successful fundraising program, the Walk to Cure Diabetes, has raised over 90 million dollars to go towards type 1 diabetes research.

PUMP IT UP!!! - Insulin pump therapy will make the child's life with diabetes more natural and normal, it helps insulin work for your child, not you work around the insulin therapy. Pumping gives freedom, less pain, but it requires more effort in learning how to count carbs and take fat & protein under consideration, plus it may require parental night watch, but it's worth it.
