@Bobjb999 seriously overrated and inferior, you obviously have no idea what you are talking about if there is a band or a musician that have fought and played agaisnt commercialist band its eddie vedder and pearl jam they got as far more than any band from the last two decades! and are still playing the best music out there. If you take more time and actually listen and UNDERSTAND their music, style, and philosophy then you would have more idea on whats music

The Million Dollar Bashers band here includes: Tom Verlaine,Lee Renaldo,Steve Shelley,Tony Garnier,John Medeski,Smokey Hormel,&Nels Cline.
-So how come very worthy artists like Verlaine,Renaldo,&others are "slumming" by backing an over-rated,musical-inferior like Vedder?Just 'cause Pearl Jam(aka "Jism")sold more albums than Television&Sonic Youth hardly means they're better.It just means PJ found a lower common denominator audience...Sort of like McDonalds toxic, crap food & "Billions Served" !
