  • I have had a pole for 2 years now. And I dance on it all the time, and no matter how much I have mastered the moves I can do, I still huff and puff..... Its called a work out. Probably one of the best work outs for anyone. PS. she rocks, considering she actually repeats what she says after she tells you. Not alot of instructers do that. they show you, tell you, then thats it. I like this girl.

  • omgoodness, my girl and I are DEFINITELY going to make videos for pole dancing, i can't watch this, snoooze. not too knock her too much, i just don't really like her style or something, shes doing easy moves kinda poorly.
