first Benton County treats there inmates better than a lot of people. If you have not been there you should not talk about it. Inmates are going to complain no matter what there treatment is because they are being detained and they don't like it and they are kept in check and do not run the jail. It is refreshing that the Inmates do not run the jail. I have been to many jails around the country and by far Benton County is the cleanest jail. Now that is humane a clean safe environment!

No mention of the inhumane treatment of it's inmates. This place needs to be investigated either by the ACLU or anyone who can help. I know it's a jail and it's not supposed to be fun but you should hear what some of it's former inmates have to say about the way they are treated.
