@kenkong45 Your comment raises two issues:
1. This bike has a repaired title, which is a used bike with a salvage period in its history; it is no longer a salvage bike. A bike with a repaired or rebuilt title can be registered/licensed for use on roadways, insured, and financed like any other used bike.
2. A bike with a salvage title cannot be operated on the roadways, and usually cannot be financed or insured.
