What does life look like for someone growing up in the Buvuma Islands of Uganda, Africa? The main island of Buvuma is roughly 19 miles long and 13 miles wide and has a population of over 10,000 people. There is no electricity or running water, the only way t travel is by boat, and the only education offered on the island is grades one through seven. With little to no money, how can children with dream of becoming doctors, teachers, or engineers hope to achieve those ambitions?
Men With Vision wants to provide a secondary school for those children so their dreams can become a reality. Through their Christian elementary education, students are coming to know Christ as their personal Savior. You can help offer this community the impact they have been waiting for. Embrace the vision and provide and opportunity for a secondary education to the children on the Buvuma Islands in Uganda, Africa.
