@GamesPlayer1 No i have not read his books, I make statements from what ive seen/read and that is that JKD Bruce Lee's style, the way he chooses to fight. im not especially versed on this subject but I sure as hell know what my own opinions are. If u dont agree with them just say '' i dont agree'' dont come in here saying that im stupid or wrong, an opinion cant be WRONG. There is no ultimate fighting style, there are those that are best in certain situations. lets agree to disagree.

That said, Jeet Kune Do/JKD is just a name used to describe how you free yourself from styles, systems and methods. It is NOT a new style, method, system of fighting. If you don't get that, you don't know what JKD is in the first place.
If you actually read Bruce Lee books, you would AGREE and wouldn't be so pissed at me.

@GamesPlayer1 So im not allowed to have an opinion? sorry mr. Kommunist it does not work that way. From what ive read/seen Wing Chun seems more useable and just better for most situations. And im a huge fan of the Ip man films, thats why i said that. Dont read so much into things. And JKD is not a style, but a form/branch of Kung fu.Kung fu is a style.
