It is obvious that Von Braun was man who did unspeakle acts and should have been tried. But if he is to be blamed then the US authorities should share the blame for bringing him in.

Stop talking crap here. von Braun surely would have deserved to be hung in Nünberg, he was just too valuable and skilled to be killed. Simple as that. And your Government back in the days thought exactly the same. And without the brilliant minds of Operation Peperclip, we would all speak Russian today.
