Cold start wearing the flops....who said it cant be done.
This is a 1948 Panhead EL originally built by Johnny "CHOP" Vasco. Johnny Chop was the shop foreman for Chica before his death in 2006. The bike was in storage for a number of years before I bought it at auction. It has new tires and ignition system but still needs some tweaking on the carb! I plan a near future total re-build of the bike. Engine re-gasket and trim out, new pipes and control systems as well as new paint...the tins will stay but I am considering new springer front end! btw this was the first custom ever built by Johnny Chop!

  • that thing starts real easy...fuckin awsome...

  • She is being a little bitchy after this....had to design vent reclamation to keep from spraying the back tire...left over crap....will be dropping a new distributor/ignition in in a cpl days...maybe that will get her off the rag. been bust last few days dropping a new tranny into the bobber...revtech 5/4 kicker.
