Yeah its was a accumulation of total reps.who ever got more reps won. there was 3 judges each one giving one point for each green lift.then an average was made.like if 2 judges gave green lift and one gave red it counted like .66. etc.I DID 146.6 REPS TOTAL.SQUAT &DEAD X 1.1BW

PULLUPS BW

PUSH PRESS .75BW

How did you judge who won? i assume this guy (or u if its u) weights around 215-225, i attempted a BW deadlift today and got around 50 but im lighter weight around 150 like i said , i suppose a smaller guy has it a bit easier repping his body weight? I already posted a 35 reps lil bit over BW bench press vid so will be posting the deadlift one soon to!

it was 1.1 x bw for dealift and squat

.the deadlift was after the bench , squat , pullups. so already in fatigue state

man this look so awsome, im pretty weak when it comes to a one time - but my endurance is far beyond the average powerlifter even, i did almost 40 reps with my BW in bench i wonder what i can do in DL im gonna attempt that and post a vid!

(i weigh 152-155)

question tho - is there a limited time in these sorts of competitions ?

well , not really , but there was 30 athletes , we took 3 hours to end the competition
