How To:
Stand on top of a bench with your feet together. Lift your right foot and move it behind your left foot as you lower it to the floor on the left side of the bench. Touch your toe to the floor and push up, moving your right leg over the bench and down to the right side. Continue to move your leg back and forth for the desired number of reps.
