Blow out 2 cylinders (the Copper O rings on the Cometic headgasket) on the dyno. Also bend the crankshaft. First dyno pass (600+) fails to record. Car does 446whp on 4 out of 6 cylinders on the 2nd pull. You can see the entire coolant system empty itself during the 2nd dyno pass, plus some weird ground wire catching fire (stupid OEM wire that was 10 feet long when it only needed to be 3 inches long, no wonder Dodge is having troubles the last 20 years).
This was the 2009 Nissan Dyno day Event. Won for most HP even though motor was blown but obviously the Junkyard is not a Nissan.

The street pulls the night before included hitting 24 pounds of boost twice (accidentally) without adjusting the air/fuel ratios which probably lead to the crankshaft starting to bend. Fixed the boost controller and worked from 9 psi up to 19. 18psi on the dyno. Chase car is a 50 trim turbocharged VW Jetta on 15 pounds of boost nick named the "Stangbanger" for keeping up with his friend's Twinscrew 331ci AFR heads stroker Mustang.

  • hey guy this is amazing yo guys are sick i got a SOHC stealth and you guys inspired me to turbo it after seeing the potental that these motors have ut i had a hard time finding turbo headers and things can u guys tell me what u used il be glad to give you guys 100% of he credit on my youtube videos thanks again and amazing work

  • @moparmanvr440 you could try talking to KMperformance but they are not a mitsu bodied supporter but they might have an option. Nobody in the 3/S world gives any support and the company that did build a SOHC kit for Stealth/3000gt seems to be crooked :(

Time to try welding! Sometimes you can get things made by someone local for less then a "kit" too.

  • @GreatDepressionRace thanks i was thinking of cuting and weling turbo heders to the stock one or something along those lines and i also saw another video of you guys useing a tuneing program how did you go about doing that lol did u have to get a custom ecu or something btw i rlly appreciate your guys help

  • @moparmanvr440 google megasquirt and mitsubishi 3.0 Thanks to Puerto Rico and Monteros the 12 valve has support from DIY which makes megasquirt. I would call them. There are cheaper and more expensive units which have their drawbacks and advantages. You can build your own or buy one prebuilt
