The man is recording some police officers from his own garage and some thug cop out of nowhere walks up to him and tries to steal his phone under the obvious lie it's supposedly "evidence."

"I'ma take the phone... 'cuz that's gonna be evidence... (Man refuses)... You want to go to jail?... Withholding evidence."

It's clear from the way he's acting it's pure brazen intimidation and thuggery.

Here is the article from CBS 5 in Vallejo! http://sanfrancisco.cbslocal.com/2011/04/15/vallejo-police-officer-handcuffs-...

  • Thumbs up if your head was tilted while watching this.

  • This is a FFFFF joke. Kick this ass cop out of your property. As for the cop ordering to give him the phone, unlawfull all the way. Hope this stupid idiot cop gets fired. " DO YOU WANT TO GO TO JAIL AND HOLDING EVIDENCE, YOU ARE UNDER ARREST".. It's the cop who should get arrested. If tthis cop wants to see the video, he just ask for a copy. of it. There is a way to talk to the public.

This cop is so busy thincking he as all the rights, his brain is disconnected.

  • This reminds me of something that Harvey Keitel's character would have done in the movie Bad Lieutenant. He just making up his own rules with no regards for the rights of the people that he’s supposed to be serving. If you ask me, it looks like he’s jacked people’s phones this way before too.

The guy who recorded this was right about one thing though; the video it made it onto YouTube:)

  • @teckNine2010 I saw that lol clever :)

  • @Thedudethanksyou Fuck that I just turned my lap top over lol

  • If I got a record because of a cop not "asking" for a copy because my phone was my lifeline for a family crisis and for livelihood, Then I would enjoy sueing the department. I almost think that police will arrest if you don't obey and then figure out the law later...saying oopsy we messed up sorry.

  • Every cop should have means either on them or in their car to get a copy or have it texted or emailed to them if it is evidence. Cops should "ask" for a copy. The arrest only gives evidence for people not to trust them and therefore makes their job harder in the future.

  • so did you sue?

  • All I can see in this video is the back of that truck.

  • dirty cops
