Apple Mighty Mouse Commercial

This is a school project I did for Final Cut class at Cincinnati State. Took us about 40 hours or so to complete. My partner and I shot the motion footage in front of a green screen in a professional studio environment. The spinning 3D box was created by taking individual pictures of each side of the box and placing them in 3D space within After Effects. The additional graphics we used came from Apple's Press Release website and were Photoshopped to fit our needs. All the elements were then imported and doctored using After Effects, and finally imported into Final Cut for the final compositing and final touches. The bill for this commercial would have been a little over $36,000 if it were for a real-world client. In reality it costs us, as students, $15 from start to finish. Note: The real video is DVD quality, but YouTube's compression completely screwed up the framerate!

It's really nice.. but in my opinion it would be better if you get rid of the stars. But if you're showing the space technology, it's okay but make it less would be better I think..
