主料:河粉 辅料:牛肉、豆芽、鸡蛋、芝麻、洋葱、青红椒、姜 调料:盐、味精、蚝油、酱油 烹制方法: 1、锅中加水烧至80度,加少许盐、食用油冲入河粉中泡开,牛肉加盐、淀粉略腌备用; 2、坐锅点火倒油,下牛肉煎至变色后加入姜丝略煸出锅,锅中加少许油,将泡好的河粉放入翻炒,依次加入豆芽、洋葱、蚝油、盐、酱油炒匀,放入炒好的牛肉、青红椒,大火翻炒­均匀加味精,出锅后撒入蛋皮丝、芝麻即可。 特点:油亮干香,口感独特。
