Rob Scullion runs one of my helmet cams down during practise at round 1 of the Caersws Cup in March 2010, typically famous for it's bizarre weather today with temperatures starting well in the minus centigrade most riders were face with an ice field to ride their bikes down until the sun melted a muddy soft skin on the top to give a little grip
