if the state is going to make so much money from tax payers, they should at least jail enough women too and let the prisoners have sex once every couple weeks. just an idea that will get ignored or shot down. a little love goes a long way and often helps an individual. locking somebody up only helps so much, but too long lock up and treated shitty in that time while being locked up will just do more damage and the person will be morely likely to commit a crime again and waste more tax $

The point is that the ones running the facility are the criminals and the State makes an industry by locking up INNOCENT people, like myself.
