  • With the bench you should try shuffling your feet to the edge of the lower part and to start with holdin on but using your feet to lift your body and lower it. Should help increas the strangth of the muscles =D

  • Tis a great workout, pretty nackerin but REALY good.. Tryin to keep up the skippin =)

    An to the person who said wat muscles duz it work , well it add a shok to some of the muscles in your legs an over time they would grow stronger.

    Its like those shock pads you can guy the ones that tense your mucles only your puttin in more effort.

    Its really good =D
