I find it hard to believe that America would ever form an alliance with Nazi Germany. Especially with the given circumstances of this film. You have to remember that were talking about a power hungry dictator bent on world domination and supremacy. Had the USSR failed in the defense of Moscow... America would've been next considering that Nazi Germany made sure not to sandwich themselves again like in WWI. Eventually the whole "supremacy" thing would divide the Axis into fighting each other.

Thankfully this is fiction, but I see many disturbing parallels with present day China, both in terms of how the regime has moderated its image while still cracking down on dissent, and also how western leaders have been turning a blind eye to the past abuses of a regime that either denies or is unapologetic about the deaths of up to as many as 50 million of its own citizens during the first decades of Communist rule.

Kinda mind-tickling isn't it? So many what ifs. If Germany completely subdued Britain before attacking the USSR. If Japan didn't attack Pearl Harbour but rather the USSR, we'd all be speaking Deutsch. Unfortunately, the band KISS wouldn't exist neither...

@MrModelShipwright Are you talking about Operation Overlord? By June 1944 The Russians were majorly on the offensive, having effectively pushed them out of Russia and were now advancing into the rest of Eastern Europe. Germany would have had a hard time winning by this point, unless they used bio warfare from Japan's Unit 731n
