The Timbermill is located in the Town of Golden B.C., which is approximately 250 Km West of Calgary A.B. along the Trans-Canada Hwy. # 1. •The Dining Room is equipped with, a pastry cooler, ice cream freezer, Bar cooler and a Reach-in-Cooler.
•The Roof Top is equipped with a makeup air unit, kitchen air conditioning system, 2 air conditioning and heating units.

Our sign is 44ft tall and with a (8X 20) box also a reader board (6X 8)
Note:
All the cooking equipments and heating units are fired with Propane Gas and in the basement heating units are electric base boards.
Finally at this moment I would like to say that the building/land or the business must be sold.
The abc Country Restaurant is a franchise Restaurant in which I have 2 more years left in my lease. I am trying to sell it and then move to Vancouver in the near future.
