The National Australia Bank did not care that we were victims of their employee - they took us to court knowing their employee had acted unconscionably. From March 2002, ASIC acquired responsibility for business to business unconscionability in financial services.
ASIC's responsibility for unconscionability for both retail customers (humble investors screwed to buggary) and SMEs is in s.12 of the ASIC Act.

@kempharry you have no idea how hard it is to get anybody to listen - even Senators raising this issue in Parliament have previously been ignored/over-ruled (Paul McClean called for a Royal Commission into bank malpractice in 1991). I forwarded the link to most of our politicians and the response has been underwhelming. Help us to spread the word?
