Oprah's Vegan Episode - Viewing Party in San Francisco

Oprah and 378 members of her staff went vegan for a week, and San Francisco Bay Area vegans gathered to celebrate this historic episode. Harvey's Restaurant was the perfect locale since they're a shining example of a non-vegan restaurant devoted to adding vegan options to their menu. All you have to do is ask!

I want that panini! :-L it is SO easy to go vegan, and cheap. I've been trying to get restaurants that I live by to increase their vegan options--how hard is it to NOT mut expensive ingredients like meat, dairy and eggs in something, and instead put inexpensive yummy plants?

Wish I could have been there!! The vegan panini sounds delicious. I was delighted to see the Oprah & the 378 people who gave veganism a chance, plus such a huge turnout for the episode party!
