I'm amazed at how laggy the software is (judging only from the video), when compared to Switcher 2.0 which is both free and lightweight.

I prefer Switcher 2.0.0. It was made for Vista but works perfectly on Windows 7. Lightweight, portable (can be), customizable and 100% free.
