nice video, but the music sucks, it looks more like an 80s show

This was helpful for me in learning a 4 step approach. Thank you.

Yeah I guess for the most part you can do it this way, but truthfully every bowler is and will be different. Best bet, record yourself bowling, look at what u do, see what works and then from that point stay consistent. Keep your wrist as straight as possible.

@ryanmoberly I can only do a four step

Putting all the ball's weight on the right hand during the pre-shot stance? I've heard lots of people say to distribute the weight evenly between both hands (put both hands on the ball).

huh??

I think it's a good video about the basic body position. I always do this myself, and it works really well. Great job!

why u so negative

Couple of things from a production standpoint:
1) Wear MAN socks... you look silly.
2) LIGHTING! Work lights are $9 at Home Depot, get some.
3) Maybe find a house with lanes that aren't 40 years old. Most alleys are synthetic, the wood lanes are fun to play with but serious bowlers bowl on synthetic lanes.
4) Jargon, LOSE IT! Bowling slang is bad enough but the medical nonsense is silly.

what are you talking about, it's teach the people, TEACH not learn, and it was something to do for my friends class, and was not meant for a learning video although it has helped some

righty bowlers start off with their left foot first. you take the wrong step.

no no no yo there are two different approaches if you take a 5 step approach then you step with your left, if you take a 4 step approach then you start with your right
