Chile, the world's second biggest exporter of salmon, is struggling with overcrowded farms and rampant disease.

The crisis is having a devastating effect on the country's multi-billion dollar industry and on its workers.

i did work in the industri for 11 years , and the industrials in chile just give a fuck about the problem , before star again they must clean all the sites bottoms after cut be a solution .

I know that some people say they can taste the difference, but I can't. Farmed salmon tastes just fine to me and has the advantage that it doesn't deplete fish stocks. Now if only they could get pollution from the farms under control.
