Glass Frost / Crystallized Look!

Three things you'll need:

*1). White Nail Polish -- Sally Hansen White On

*2). CLEAR Top Coat (No hints of color) -- Dazzle Dry Top Coat *ImportantThe top coat is what makes the glass frost/crystallized look!

*3). Salt -- Morton Iodized Salt
