THESE ARE SLIDES NOT MY DESKTOP,HAD THIS QUESTION 10000000 MILLION TIMES XD YES I HAVE XP AS WELL. DO I HAVE WINDOWS 7? NO..THEY DID NOT OFFER A FREE UPGRADE,SO I JUST PICKED UP THE THEME AND FEELS VIRTUALLY THE SAME.

@stevewins914 I'm not going to use XP that long, but haven't upgraded to Vista yet. That's because we don't want to spend money. I'm thinking I'm going to use XP until 2018. First we used Windows 98 Second Editon from 2000 until 2004, and then XP ever since 2005.

Windows 1.1= Dinosaur

Windows 2= Cave Men

Windows NT= Ancient Civilisation

Windows 95= Post Roman Empire

Windows 98= Medieval Period

Windows 2000=Enlightment Age

Windows Vista= 19th Century

Windows 7= Now

Windows 8= Post Modern Age

i own vista and xp i used both of them and the only thing that bothers me is if u go to task bar and go to performance on vista with out any program or any thing running even the theme is off it still uses more ram than xp with theme on and steam on for some reason idk why vista just more ram usage for no reason which causes lag in most games and programs

@justinness xp is great but microsoft just announced they are going to drop it and stop making updates and patches by the end of 2014 due to release of windows 7 and 8 so xp is going to be obselete like windows 2000

XP SP2 is out of support already. XP SP3 is out of support in less then three users. Also, I have a collection of 20 rogue antiviruses. Only 5 loaded properly on Vista. All 20 loaded on XP.. so there you go XP fanboys... have fun with the OS that looks like UEFI and BIOS now
