(Sacramento) -- Closing California's $9.1 billion budget gap seems like an impossible task. But the Governor laid out a tough, yet reasonable plan in his State of the State Address. California State Assemblymember Jose Solorio (D-Anaheim) says he agrees with the Governor that California is starting to recover. Assemblymember Solorio believes we can push that recovery forward with job generating infrastructure projects like High Speed Rail. He also believes that investing in our students will further lead California to a bright future. Learn more in this Assembly Access Video. http://www.asmdc.org/Solorio
