...we probably wouldnt even be hearing about it! Last thing, u mentioned the man standing by watchin...well that was a man being attacked! So he should have been able 2 defend himself. Would u have expected him to help if the tranny wasnt dressed as a woman?

Sorry, but I am not going to go into the world of what ifs, that's for another video :) When I see people doing stupid stuff like that I'm going to say what is on my mind. The point was sis, do u really think 2 children should be treated worse than grown ass men just because theyre black? It doesnt matter if its about race 2 u or not, its about race to the police! So all im saying is, justice should not be biased or prejudiced. Fck the 'if's', what happened to the cops who shot Sean Bell or Oscar Grant, Amadou Diallo, etc...?

The punishment should fit the crime... Those were not 5 year olds, they were teenagers that should be put in jail for assault..

Justice is unjust and I see that you are very unhappy with the way cops are getting away with attacking innocent people, but you are totally going off topic on the video that I was talking about in that video response.. There weren't even any cops in that video. No innocent persons gotten beaten by cops in this situation. Write the congressman or congresswoman about your disagreement with the way cops are not being punished for their crimes. That's a start.

Come on sis..."buried under the jail", really?! U should reserve that kind of sentence for the pigs who murder innocent people daily! After all at the end of the day, whether it was male or female, it was white. White kids get away with beating up, raping and murdering us all the time and im not sayin we should stoop 2 their level, but we gotta keep it in perspective. I dont condone what those sisters did but u know this would be a different case if the races were reversed...

I don't care what color these people are.I see two people attacking one person on the floor.This situation is not about color for me because all human beings fight over stupid things.So when I see stupid stuff like this going on I will say what is on my mind. The fact she was transgendered is important for a couple of reasons, 1. b/c it was at least a partial hate crime. It may not have started out that way BUT I heard then they discovered she was transgendered they started beating her more severly. So the fact she was trans AND the fact she was trans and in the ladies' room did not help matters any.

U said 'they should be buried under the jail', thats y i brought up the cops..i wasnt even thinkin about that until u said it! Maybe i should have just stuck 2 all the cases where white boys beat up blacks and GOT AWAY WITH IT! Thats all im talkin about, equal rights and justice but like u said justice is unjust

@Slylady81 LOL..y do u keep quoting me, i know what i said :] Im not tryin 2 get off topic at all, i was just trying 2 offer a different perspective. The judicial system will try them as children and send them 2 a juvenile detention center, not jail. Thats because as u grow up u learn to handle things more maturely, didnt u do things as a child that u would not do now? I already said i dont condone it and they should be punished accordingly, but so should white kids, cops, etc...Thats all
