Awesome Tutorials!! thanks, they help a lot, but i have a problem. I cannot figure out how to download the hole digging lots, or the slope and tunnel mod, i try WinRAR, but it doesnt work, can you please help? thank you

@XboxHerO3467 is there anyway to use hole diggers to make railroads? im not trying to make a bridge though its tunnels. becasue theres a place in my city in real life where theres a portion of a subway line that shows though the surface near the corner of prosfect and superior in cleveland ohio. i already downloaded the rail to subway feature. thing is in one of these ends the subway does not go into a hillside it goes into a building called "tower city" it was called "new union depot" c.1940s

hey, 1.) ive downloaded the NAM and RHW mod and they dont seem to open when i play the game ive extracted them to plugins in my simcity 4 folder using winrar but while all my other lots and downloads work these two don't. and 2.) what is the

I have no clue what its purpose is and i dont know what to open it with. winrar doesn't open it PLEASEEEEEEEE HELPPPP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THX!

@XboxHerO3467 :: try dragging from the other side. SC4 is a bit weird with its slopes.

The CBF slode mod. The only downside is that it doesn't have any RHW slopes. I use railway to create the gentle slopes.
