I just love the melody of this song;lyrics are great too! I bought the 45 when it came out. Thanks for posting this special song. 5+ stars!

There are songs swimming around in the deep recesses of my head that I remember snippets of from my youth, this being one of them. I've often wondered "did that song really exist, or did I imagine it?" It was real!! Thank you.

I was 15 when I first heard this song....beautiful lyrics and music. It played on the radio every morning and stayed in my head for years...why isn't it played today? Beautiful song!

I feel your pain. The copyright police took down "Morning Girl, Later" a few days ago. I've been playing in Audacity and will be posting a "merged" version of the 2 songs sometime in the next few days, which will have disclaimers all over it that it is posted for educational purposes, showing how you can overlap 2 songs using Audacity. That way we can all enjoy it both parts of the song.

Hark! is that a Moog synthesizer I hear?! I am still glad to be a member of the Love Generation.

I don't think so, actually. I think Tupper Saussy only allowed non-synth instruments. There's an organ and a harpsichord in there, but no Moog.
