With six pipeline ruptures since 2004, it's also one of the most controversial. In this segment, we look at how this US taxpayer-supported project has affected the region.

Wow, you either really have a lot to learn about US "good intentions" or you're in denial or just plain being sarcastic . Us free trade agreemet with Peru is only to get a hold of all of Perus natural resources and the only ones who get exploited (as usual) is the othet

Very interesting. I can;t believe this is funded by US tax dollars.
