Officer or employee of the United States
Whoever falsely assumes or pretends to be an officer or employee acting under the authority of the United States or any department, agency or officer thereof, and acts as such, or in such pretended character demands or obtains any money, paper, document, or thing of value, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both.

Title 18 USC part 1 Chapter 79 § 1621
Perjury generally
Whoever—
1. having taken an oath before a competent tribunal, officer, or person, in any case in which a law of the United States authorizes an oath to be administered, that he will testify, declare, depose, or certify truly, or that any written testimony, declaration, deposition, or certificate by him subscribed, is true, willfully and contrary to such oath states or subscribes any material matter which he does not believe to be true is guilty of perjury.

5 USC 7311 - Loyalty and striking

18 USC 2 - Sec. 2. Principals

TITLE 18 PART I CHAPTER 1 § 3
§ 3. Accessory after the fact.
Whoever, knowing that an offense against the United States has been committed, receives, relieves, comforts or assists the offender in order to hinder or prevent his apprehension, trial or punishment, is an accessory after the fact.

Amendments 4-10 of the Constitution

You're citing the Constitution when the common American doesn't give a f**k about whether or not it's being violated. The vast majority of people I speak to say it's ok to violate the document from time to time. My reaction: "ARE YOU F**KING SERIOUS!?!?! Why not get rid of it, or scrap the oath?"

Ohio is STILL not a state because the "legislation" to give them statehood was MADE BY AN OHIO CONGRESSMAN (George Bender)! The Constitution is in place to make people feel safe and feel like the have value. The Declaration of Independence was written for the people and all it does is define common law rights, not grant them. There is no constitution until the power to coin our money comes back under its purview. This is why you go to jail for 6 months for contempt of court if you challenge a judge in court on your constitutional rights. Until banking comes back under there is no law. NONE!!!
