Really nice tips! I've been doing this myself! I've been doing 30 minutes of cardio before doing weight lifting every time i hit the gym. Guess i'll just do cardio for a month an hour everyday untill i burn enough fat then start dividing it up. I wanna concentrate on losing about 10-15 more lbs before i really concentrate on building some muscle back up
